Move Up/Down: Click and drag a bookmark to change its order.
Create Hierarchy: Drag a bookmark slightly to the right under another bookmark to make it a "Child" (subsection). Drag it to the left to make it a "Parent" (main section).
Set Destinations: You can update where a bookmark links to by navigating to the correct page and clicking the "Set Destination" target icon.
Save and Download
Once your Table of Contents is perfectly structured:
Click the "Apply Changes" button.
Wait a brief moment for the file to rebuild.
Click "Download" to save your organized PDF.
