How to Turn a Photo Into a Postage Stamp Effect
Step 1: Upload Your Photo
Drag an image onto the workspace or click Choose to browse. JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP files are all supported.
Step 2: Adjust the Stamp Border
Use the Properties panel:

Step 3: Download
Click Download and pick PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP. Use Restart to reset all settings and load a new photo.

What Is a Postage Stamp?
A postage stamp is a small piece of printed paper affixed to mail as proof of pre-paid delivery. The first adhesive postage stamp, the Penny Black, was issued in the United Kingdom in May 1840 and featured a profile of Queen Victoria.
Early stamps were printed in sheets and had to be cut apart with scissors. In 1854, perforation — rows of holes punched between stamps — was introduced, letting users tear stamps apart cleanly. This perforated edge became the visual signature of the postage stamp: a series of evenly spaced dots running around all four sides.
