Image Color Picker, an online tool that could pick up colors on an image.

Upload an image (You can upload a .jpg, .png, or .gif file) and then drag your cursor across any pixel to select a color from image. Click on a specific pixel of that image and you will be given the HTML hex code for that color (i.e., #ff0000).

Mobile devices such as mobile phone or iPad could preview the color by sliding your finger on the image, and click to pick up the color.
